This Delivery Policy outlines the process for distributing aid materials such as educational supplies, training equipment, health and hygiene kits, environmental resources, and relief materials to beneficiaries. As a non-profit organization, our focus is on ensuring timely and equitable distribution of aid, not commercial shipping.

If you encounter issues with the delivery of aid materials (e.g., non-delivery, damaged items, incorrect items, or missing components), please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with the following details:
- Beneficiary name and contact information
- Program or camp name (if applicable)
- Description of the issue with specific details
- Expected delivery date and actual status
- Photos of damaged items (if applicable)
Our team will investigate the issue promptly and take appropriate action, which may include rescheduling delivery, replacing materials, or providing alternative solutions, subject to availability and program resources.
