Rawbit Foundation is grateful for your donations and support. Your generosity enables us to run programs in education, digital empowerment, skill development, healthcare, environmental protection, women empowerment, and rural upliftment for underprivileged communities across Maharashtra.

Please carefully verify the donation amount, beneficiary details, and payment information before completing your transaction. Once processed, donations are immediately allocated to our programs and beneficiaries.

Rawbit Foundation will not be liable for errors during payment unless the error is clearly attributable to our systems or verified by payment gateway records showing technical malfunction.

In rare cases of clear technical errors, system malfunctions, or erroneous deductions (e.g., duplicate payments, incorrect amounts charged due to technical glitches), you may contact us within 7 days of the transaction with the following supporting evidence:

Refund Processing Timeline

• Claim verification: 7-10 business days from submission
• Refund approval decision: Within 15 business days
• Refund processing (if approved): 10-15 business days to original payment method
• Bank processing time: Additional 5-7 business days (varies by bank)

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.) after complete verification. Refunds cannot be processed to a different account or payment method than the original transaction.

Rawbit Foundation provides official donation receipts for all contributions, which may be eligible for tax exemption under applicable Indian tax laws. Please note:

• Donation receipts are issued via email within 3-5 business days of successful payment
• Receipts contain donor details, donation amount, transaction ID, and date
• Physical receipts can be requested by contacting our office
• If a refund is processed, the corresponding donation receipt becomes invalid for tax purposes
